Introduction
Many organizations are filled with incompetent workers that are not succeeding due to weak communication skills. This workshop focuses on essential communication skills as well as common communication gaps at the supervisory level. Focus will be placed on four specific areas of Listening, Assertiveness, Conflict Management, and Action Coordination.
